**Day in the Life of a Human Resource Associate**
+ Learn, administer, and optimize HR processes such as, staffing, new hire orientation, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, employee development, and org design/effectiveness in compliance with state and federal regulations
+ Partner with other HR professionals and business clients throughout Bell and Textron to develop, implement, and assess the effectiveness of solutions
+ Manage human resources policies, procedures, and programs
+ Use data to make informed decisions
+ Always maintain confidentiality and discretion
**Qualifications**
**What You Will Need:**
A Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources or related field required0\-2 years of relevant experience
