About the Job

Were seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Assistant Production Artist to support our production team in developing high-quality visual assets for our YouTube content. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a passion for gaming aesthetics, storytelling, and visual design whos looking to grow their skills in a collaborative production environment.

In this role, youll assist in designing characters, environments, and visual components that appear in our videos. Youll also help adapt assets for various YouTube formats, such as Shorts, thumbnails, intros, and outros. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams and receive guidance from senior creatives while learning how to meet production deadlines and contribute to visual consistency across projects.

What You'll Do

• Support the production team by creating and editing visual assets based on project needs.
• Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Substance Painter, and Blockbench to develop and stylize game-inspired visuals.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining the digital asset library using Dropbox.
• Create mockups and concept visuals to help communicate ideas during pre-production.
• Adapt existing assets for use across multiple video formats (e.g., Shorts, thumbnails).
• Collaborate with other artists, editors, and producers to ensure visual consistency.
• Keep up with trends in YouTube content, particularly within the Minecraft and Roblox communities.
• Contribute ideas for improving visual workflows, tools, and creative processes.
• Perform other support tasks as needed to help the team succeed.

What Were Looking For

• Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience or familiarity with Substance Painter and Blockbench (or a willingness to learn).
• An eye for Minecraft/Roblox aesthetics and an interest in stylized game art.
• Understanding of YouTube content styles and trends, especially related to gaming.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to take direction well and collaborate in a remote, team-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Flexibility to be available on weekends for support if needed.
