We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in both English and Spanish to join our Business Development Center (BDC). If you're passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills, and are available to work within the hours of 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, including weekends, we’d love to hear from you! Job Description: As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping to schedule showroom visits and providing valuable information. This role involves a high volume of outbound calls and emails, and your primary responsibility will be supporting our sales team through lead generation and appointment scheduling. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the showroom.
• Address customer questions and provide detailed product information.
• Log all customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up as necessary.
• Assist in translating materials or communications when needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve processes.

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior customer service experience required; call center or auto industry experience a plus.
• Availability to work within the hours of 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM, including weekends as needed.

• Weekly Pay and Monthly Commission based on performance.
