Job DescriptionJoin our Kroger Dedicated Account based out of Aurora, CO , delivering to King Soopers grocery stores across Colorado, Southern Wyoming, and Eastern Utah. Enjoy superior home-time options, consistent freight, and the stability of a growing dedicated operation.
This is a refrigerated account with a mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook freight. Youll operate brand-new, 2025-model trucksautomatic transmission and equipped with auto-chains for safe mountain driving.
Home-Time OptionsLocal (within 50 miles of Aurora, CO): Home daily with occasional overnight runs during surge periods
Regional (51110 mile radius): Home weekly with multiple opportunities to pass by the house
Home time is multiple days per week, though not guaranteed every other day
Premium Pay Package: $73,372$82,212 annually ($0.70$0.80 CPM, based on experience)
Stop Pay: $17 per stop (average of 13 stops per week)
Detention Pay: $24/hr after 2 hours (up to $150 per occurrence)
Winter Mountain Bonus: $1,000 per month (NovMar) up to $5,000 total
Safety Bonus: Up to 3% additional for on-time, safe deliveries
Average Weekly Pay: $1,450$1,581 (and growing!)
Orientation Pay: State minimum wage for 12 hours (orientation held in SLC)
Deliveries from Aurora Distribution Center to King Soopers stores
Primarily Colorado , Southern Wyoming , and Eastern Utah
Average 1,700 miles per week with consistent, no-touch reefer freight
24/7 operations schedules vary based on customer demand
70-hour weekly commitment
Valid CDL-A with 3+ months of driving experience
Solid driving record and professional attitude
Commitment to safety and dependability
Must drive to Aurora, CO for dispatch (cannot take truck home)
Local: Within 50 miles of Aurora, CO
Regional: Within 110 miles of Aurora, CO (34-hour reset weekly)
