Must have 3 years of Personal training experience to be considered for the position. Personal Trainer wanted to support the growth of a flourishing Personal Training Studio. We currently coach clients for Lifestyle Transformation by providing results based private coaching. Small group training experience required to earn $69 hourly.

My name is Darrell McKay, and I have been the owner of Optimal Performance Training Studio for the past 13 years. I have operated 5 Medical Fitness centers across the USA as was the past Executive Director of Brooks Health and Fitness in Jacksonville. We provide education, motivation, and inspire others to be the best version of themselves through our private coaching, nutrition, and lifestyle programs.
Over the past year, we have experienced tremendous growth, and it's time for us to hire another "A" player to get to the next level. It is our goal to help thousands of Jacksonville residents feel and perform their best!
To do this, we need a strong supporting cast, which includes an S-Tier Personal Trainer. Quite frankly, we need someone who is a Rock Star. We need a motivated person who has a firm grasp of assessments AND loves working with people of all ages and fitness levels.

If hired for this position, your availability will be mornings and evenings, 6 days per week, with flexibility in the hours. Must reside within 15 miles of our center once hired.
Required Skills:
*Degree in Exercise Science and Nationally accredited personal training certification. (Prefer NASM & ACSM)
*3 years of experience training transformational clients. (must share testimonials)
* You will be coaching clients who are very important to us. We expect a high degree of professionalism and deliver clear instructions to our clients.
