XNRGY Climate Systems is a North American leader in sustainable design and advanced manufacturing of custom air treatment systems focused on research and energy development contributing to the reduction of carbon footprint. XNRGY is seeking a qualified Value Stream Performance Lead to join its team located in Mesa, AZ.

The Change Management Lead plays a critical role in supporting the Business Transformation program by driving adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working. You will own the end-to-end change process and take a hands-on role in making change happen , ensuring employees understand, embrace, and sustain new ways of working across value streams. This includes managing the overarching change roadmap, coordinating system and process changes, tracking the change pipeline in JIRA, controlling documentation, coaching stakeholders, and bringing clarity and alignment across the organization.

This role acts as a key enabler of change, partnering with transformation squads, business teams, and change champions to build awareness, reinforce adoption, and track progress against transformation goals. You will drive implementation directly , managing interdependencies, clearing roadblocks, and ensuring changes are executed efficiently and effectively, in line with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards .

An overview of your responsibilities:

Change Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute the change management strategy, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption plans.
• Own and manage the enterprise change roadmap, integrating process and system changes for seamless implementation.
• Map stakeholders, assess impacts, and clarify roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies.
• Ensure all change activities comply with ISO 9001 philosophies such as formal recording of changes

(Change Request → Change Order → Change Notice), and verification and validation of implemented changes to confirm effectiveness.

Adoption & Reinforcement
• Take a hands-on leadership role in driving change: remove blockers, coordinate teams, and ensure changes are implemented on the ground.
• Track adoption KPIs, usage, compliance, and employee feedback; escalate risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Manage day-to-day change implementation, ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and verification.
• Coach stakeholders and change champions to reinforce adoption and sustain new ways of working.
• Facilitate workshops, town halls, and forums to promote awareness, clarity, and engagement.

Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Own and communicate the high-level release timeline across value streams, highlighting key milestones.
• Collaborate with business leaders and process owners to ensure consistent messaging and understanding of change initiatives.
• Bring clarity and alignment to complex organizational structures, ensuring teams understand priorities and interdependencies.

We are seeking a proactive, collaborative professional with a strong foundation in change management, organizational development, or communications. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and is passionate about leading strategically while rolling up their sleeves to drive change .

This candidate brings expertise in established change management methodologies and can structure and execute a comprehensive change program for the organization. Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949-including formal change management procedures, risk assessment, verification, and documentation control-is an asset. In addition, the candidates has demonstrated capabilities on these three pillars :
Change Leadership & Influence: Drives adoption, reinforces new processes, systems, and behaviors across value streams, and

actively removes barriers to implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strong relationships, clarifies roles, manages expectations, and ensures alignment across teams.
Analytical & Results-Oriented: Monitors adoption metrics, identifies risks, and supports mitigation efforts to ensure successful outcomes.

What you'll need, among other things!
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience driving organizational or process change in complex environments, proven track record of delivering measurable impact
• Certification in Change Management (Prosci / ADKAR / CCMP) - PMP or Agile certification an asset
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001change management requirements (risk, verification, documentation control)
• Experience managing change pipelines using JIRA or similar tools (Change Requests, Orders, Notices)
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance environments
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Hands-on experience leading workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder communications
• Ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
