Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

I'm currently partnering with a fully integrated developer based in Columbus, Ohio, who is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager . They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a range of large-scale multi-use projects , including retail, hospitality, medical, and commercial developments .

About the Role:

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex ground-up and renovation projects from start to finish. You will work closely with internal teams, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery across all phases of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large commercial projects through all phases of construction
• Oversee and mentor teams including project managers, superintendents, and assistant superintendents
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on design-build delivery
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Drive project planning, budgeting, and execution

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience with a commercial general contractor
• Proven track record delivering multi-use projects (retail, hospitality, medical, commercial)
• Strong design-build experience working alongside design teams
• Experience managing large internal teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
