We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic culinary school interns to join our team for a hands-on learning experience. This internship program provides aspiring chefs with the opportunity to gain practical knowledge, refine their culinary techniques, and develop valuable industry connections.

Responsibilities:

· Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.

· Participate in menu development and culinary projects under the guidance of senior chefs.

· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation during service hours.

· Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Qualifications
