This is a remote position.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Typist to join our team in a remote capacity. This remote role allows you to contribute from your home office, working virtually in a remote environment to support our data processing and administrative efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with remote work, self-motivated, and eager to deliver accurate and timely results.
Perform regular typing and data entry tasks from your remote workspace, including inputting information, updating records, and managing digital files
Produce accurate and efficient typed documents, correspondence, and reports while working remotely
Work in a remote environment to review data for accuracy, identify discrepancies or duplicates, and correct as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in a remote work setting; follow all data-privacy standards and secure remote practices
Collaborate with team members virtually in the remote environment to meet deadlines, support administrative tasks, and assist with workflow improvements
Achieve daily typing and data entry productivity and accuracy goals while working remotely
Suggest remote workflow improvements and assist in implementing remote process enhancements
Assist with occasional ad-hoc typing or data-processing projects executed remotely
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in typing, data entry, or clerical/administrative work preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to manage repetitive tasks in a remote setting
Comfortable working from home in a remote environment and managing time effectively
Typing speed of approximately 45–50 words per minute (or equivalent benchmark)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent software; ability to learn new remote tools and platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to remain self-motivated and productive while working remotely
Hourly rate of $28–32 per hour
