We are a well-established manufacturer of interior doors and windows, looking to expand our sales force with talented and motivated Field Sales Representatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell high-quality doors and windows to builders, contractors, and developers.
• Perform accurate measurements on-site for doors and windows.
• Understand and communicate technical details about our products.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain a strong client network.
• Collaborate closely with the estimating team and customer service department.
• Work with CRM systems to track leads, quotes, and customer interactions.
• Travel daily throughout New York and New Jersey – this is a field-based role.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (construction industry experience preferred).
• Experience with contractors, developers, and architects is a big plus.
• Extensive training will be provided on technical specifications and measurements.
• Technical knowledge of doors and windows, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform measurements and site assessments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and team collaboration.
• Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.

Compensation:

• Base salary: $1,000/week (paid weekly).
• Commission: 5% on sales.
