We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping / Laundry Manager to join our team at a nursing facility in Grosse Pointe Woods, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing housekeeping and laundry services in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities Manage and supervise housekeeping and laundry staff Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and well-maintained Develop and implement cleaning and laundry schedules Order and maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies Train and educate staff on proper cleaning and laundry procedures Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery Manage budgets and expenses related to housekeeping and laundry services Communicate effectively with other departments and staff members Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping and laundry management in a healthcare setting Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of health and safety regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers
