We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of mid- to large-size commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of field or office experience and a strong interest in project management; electrical construction background is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily project activities, schedules, and subcontractor workflows
• Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Support procurement and material delivery schedules in collaboration with the project team
• Conduct jobsite walks to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with contract documents
• Attend project meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes and reports
• Collaborate with field supervisors, vendors, and design teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial electrical construction (field or project support)
• Experience with mid- to large-size commercial projects preferred
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specifications
