Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Ambulatory Care for a 13-week contract assignment at a health system in Media , Pennsylvania.

Job Title: Registered Nurse  Shift Schedule: 8:30am – 5:00pm  Location: Media, PA Job Description: The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient environment. As an Ambulatory Care RN, you will be responsible for managing patients with chronic and acute conditions and coordinating care across various specialties.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans. 
• Perform and assist with various clinical procedures, such as wound care, administering injections, managing IVs, and monitoring vital signs. 
• Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records (EHR) according to established guidelines and protocols. 
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and continuity across different care settings.

Additional Qualifications

• Current RN License in PA is required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Ambulatory Care Nursing (RN-BC) or related specialties preferred.
