We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager with a passion for connecting business goals to creative campaigns that resonate with a sophisticated capital markets audience. You’ll manage the planning and day-to-day execution of high-impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth for Capital One’s Capital Markets business, including our specialty investment bank in aerospace and defense, government services, and enterprise technology solutions, KippsDeSanto. You’ll own the entire campaign management process, from planning and budgeting to performance reporting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives effectively reach and engage our target audience.* Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or Finance* At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing for financial services or another highly regulated industry* Master's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, Finance or Communications* At least 9 years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, capital markets, or global markets marketing* Proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that build powerful brand relationships and compelling narratives* Highly analytical and data-driven* Exceptional written and oral communication skills* Proven ability to manage the details of multiple projects* Experience working with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadershipCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
