Job Title: Medical AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Medical Assembler to join our team. This role involves the assembly of various medical devices using hand tools and microscopes, requiring precision and the ability to learn complex processes quickly. You will be cross-trained at different stations and will handle small components and parts in a full clean room environment.ResponsibilitiesAssemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.Work under a microscope to ensure precision.Cross-train at different assembly stations.Utilize blades, cutters, and other tools in the assembly process.Handle and maneuver small components accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work area in a clean room environment.Communicate effectively for audit purposes and follow labeling instructions based on color coding.Essential SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills in English.Great hand dexterity.Understanding of measurements with rulers and calipers.Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly.Organizational skills.Ability to work overtime.Additional Skills & QualificationsMicroscope experience is preferred.Cleanroom or assembly experience is a plus.Prefer 6 months+ of experience in medical assembly or other forms of manufacturing/assembly, but open to entry-level candidates.Why Work Here?Join a company dedicated to saving lives with a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility.
