We are seeking experienced D365 Architect and Technical Lead D365 Consultants with Sales Module specialization with &+ years of experience. A deep technical background in customizing and extending the Dynamics 365 Sales module. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solutioning, designing, and developing large-scale D365 implementation experience a plus.
This role demands a strategic thinker who can lead development teams, drive best practices, and successfully operate within an onsite/offshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, design, and implement scalable customizations and integrations for the D365 Sales module.
• Leverage Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Custom Workflows, Plugins, and Azure Functions to extend platform capabilities.
• Lead solutioning efforts, conduct proof of concepts (POCs), and establish technical governance.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and champion DevOps/ALM practices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and offshore development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development with at least 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales module is a must).
• Strong hands-on experience in D365 Sales module customization using Plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate, and custom workflows.
• In-depth experience integrating D365 with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps, etc.
• Proven experience in leading development teams, solution design, and end-to-end project execution in a distributed team model.
• Experience in designing and implementing reusable frameworks and patterns across D365 environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
