Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of all office operations, supporting project management, financial processes, and vendor coordination. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee office operations and support project management teams
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R)
• Assist with job costing and budget tracking
• Maintain organized filing systems and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting using BuilderTrend and QuickBooks Online
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and support company growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in office management, preferably in construction or project-based environments
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend and QuickBooks Online
• Strong understanding of A/P, A/R, and job costing
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
