Physical Therapist & CEO | Rehab 2 Perform | Building for the Future Location: Maryland & Northern Virginia Region Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 base + performance-based bonus potential Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage (CareFirst), 401(k) with 4% company match, paid holidays & PTO, mileage reimbursement, continuing education opportunities, and a high-energy, mission-driven culture. The Physician Liaison is a vital member of the R2P Growth Team , responsible for expanding our regional footprint through strategic medical outreach, education, and relationship building. You’ll serve as the main connector between local medical providers, community stakeholders, and R2P locations — ensuring awareness, alignment, and consistent referrals to our high-performance model of care. This is an ideal position for a highly relational, proactive professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building meaningful connections, and believes in empowering people through movement. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers. Conduct in-person visits, presentations, lunch-and-learns, and follow-ups to drive awareness and engagement. Educate medical professionals on R2P’s model, services, and proven outcomes. Referral Strategy & Performance Partner with Site Directors and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to develop targeted referral strategies aligned with company growth goals. Monitor referral trends and performance data using CRM tools, identifying opportunities for growth. Serve as a trusted liaison between R2P’s clinic team and referral partners to ensure seamless coordination of care. Community Engagement & Brand Representation Develop partnerships within R2P’s six marketing pillars: Medical, Business, Fitness, High School, Youth Sports, and Military. Represent R2P at health fairs, athletic tournaments, school events, and workshops. Share R2P’s mission and expertise with confidence, clarity, and authenticity. Strategic Planning & Reporting Contribute to monthly outreach and engagement plans in collaboration with the CMO. Track and report outreach activity, referral performance, and regional impact on a weekly basis. Adjust strategies based on analytics, feedback, and evolving market conditions. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Health Sciences, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 1+ years in physician relations, medical sales, healthcare outreach, or marketing (experience in physical therapy, orthopedics, or wellness/performance healthcare preferred). Skills & Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. Proficient in CRM platforms and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work independently across multiple locations. Confident public speaker with a genuine passion for movement, wellness, and recovery. Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events. Why You’ll Love Working at R2P Mission-Driven Culture: Help people move better, feel better, and perform for life. Collaborative Team: Work closely with leaders who value innovation, initiative, and growth. Professional Growth: Opportunities for development through mentorship, continuing education, and exposure to the R2P Academy. Impact: Be part of a brand changing what people expect from healthcare.
