Roles and responsibilities:
The Project Manager to support enterprise initiatives across Finance, HR, and Operations. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a corporate environment and who is looking to grow their career in business transformation and technology delivery.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating business and technology teams to deliver projects that enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experiences, and align with broader organizational goals. You will help manage timelines, budgets, communication, and risk while ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of small to mid-sized business and technology projects across departments such as Finance, HR, and IT
Support the development of project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies
Facilitate regular project meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation
Monitor progress and proactively address issues or delays by working with cross-functional teams
Assist in managing third-party vendors and partners where applicable
Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, including department leads and technical teams
Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new tools, systems, or processes
Prepare project status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership as required
Must have skills/experience/qualifications:
3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a corporate or enterprise setting
Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
Exposure to business functions such as Finance, HR, Operations, or IT preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
PMP or CAPM certification (or working towards it) is an asset but not required
Familiarity with change management principles and/or system implementation projects is a plus
