Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic communications team. In this role, you will play a critical part in fostering positive relationships between our organization and the public while promoting our brand, initiatives, and achievements. Your creative problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills will be essential as you help to devise and implement strategic public relations campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage and track the effectiveness of public relations initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics for events, press conferences, and community outreach activities.
• Prepare presentations and reports analyzing PR campaign outcomes and media impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or communications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
