Summary The Clinical Care Order Organizer (O2) coordinates organization-wide prioritization and scheduling of service area procedures and diagnostic tests. Located in the HUB (Clinical Care Coordination Center), this role involves a system-wide view of the hospital, including 24/7 central coordination of patient admission, placement, transportation, and service department testing and procedures. The O2 will utilize extensive clinical knowledge to assess, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tests for ED and inpatients to ensure optimal patient flow and reduce discharge delays.
