Summary
This is a field-based and remote opportunity supporting a sales team in an assigned geography. The Area Business Leader (ABL) directs a team of Territory Account Specialists to deliver tailored customer experiences based on account and Health Care Provider (HCP) needs and clinical dialogue that compels action to generate demand. Through regular in-field interactions, the ABL mentors cross-functional collaboration with Healthcare Providers, Key Accounts and Systems of Care to identify priorities, deliver clinical value, and provide Novartis resource messaging in a patient-centered approach, establishing Novartis as a preferred partner. The ABL champions high performance and accountability to complete brand strategy and tactics.

Novartis Compensation Summary
The salary for this position is expected to range between the levels below; final salary is determined by experience and may be reviewed periodically. Eligible employees receive a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on level, may be considered for annual equity awards. US-based employees receive a benefits package including health, life and disability benefits, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
