\nOur client is a manufacturer of machined components and electromechanical assemblies that are sold to a variety of industries such as medical devices, building products, oil & gas, and more. Plant operations include CNC machining, inspection, assembly, material handling.
\n
\nAs an individual contributor, you’ll report to the Director of HR and play a pivotal role in enhancing the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture. You’ll be responsible for the creation, upkeep and maintenance of all EHS programs and policies for 2 plants in the St. Louis area. You’ll be responsible for the implementation, execution of policies, programs, and related training. You’ll develop excellent relationships with all levels of plant staff in order to maintain a safety focused culture.
