Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in government sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing existing government contracts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth within federal, state, and local agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand government sales channels.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and key decision-makers.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procurement guidelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to meet client needs and fulfill contract obligations.
Track performance metrics and report on sales forecasts and pipeline activity.
Qualifications:
Proven success in sales, with 3+ years focused on government or public sector clients.
Strong understanding of government procurement processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
