Compensation Range: $62-$70/hr W2 Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of search campaigns, from strategy development and hands-on implementation to final reporting and budget reconciliation. Manage multi-million dollar annual budgets (preferably $5M-$15M campaigns). Serve as the primary liaison, professionally managing client relationships with internal stakeholders and presenting performance metrics and optimization recommendations to senior leadership. Build and execute robust testing plans to drive positive business outcomes. Adhere to firmwide processes and team protocols while fostering partnerships for knowledge sharing. Qualifications 5+ years of search experience (not SEO), preferably within an agency or in-house search team, managing large-scale programs. Financial, e-commerce, or pharma industry experience is a plus. Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Search Ads 360, with demonstrated hands-on platform execution capabilities. A proven ability to deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills for interpreting raw data, drawing conclusions, and creating actionable recommendations. Google Ads certification and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage in meaningful dialogue with business stakeholders.
