This position will facilitate US EP Professional education programs, including Peer to Peer programs and Intracardiac Echo Initiatives and virtual webinars. They will create and lead customer programs and curricula to differentiate Abbott from competitors, embracing innovative technologies and building strong relationships with KOLs. Responsibilities include creating and leading customer programs, developing education programs on company products and clinical benefits, maintaining a network of KOLs, assessing customer educational needs with Marketing/Sales, continuously improving education programs, establishing systems to assess effectiveness and quality of education, providing recommendations for process improvements, analyzing participant feedback, managing program equipment needs, completing administrative duties, collaborating with training staff, managing proposals, budgets, projects, and logistics, organizing program planning meetings, ensuring course registration and travel arrangements, attending events to manage details, evaluating program effectiveness, ensuring compliance with policies, archiving documents, maintaining training records, and cross-collaborating with marketing teams for major congresses and conferences. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, minimum 5 years of work experience in Electrophysiology, familiarity with Abbott Electrophysiology Products, experience in a cardiology or EP lab setting, ability to manage budgets, strong planning and organizational skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and ability to travel 25-30%.
