Overview D1 Training Winston‑Salem is always searching for a high‑energy, enthusiastic Strength and Conditioning Coaches to join our team. D1 is an athletic‑based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of providing the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes. The Coach is responsible for delivering the BEST workout experience in the industry to our clients and is the front‑line customer experience at D1. About D1 Training D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise that is growing rapidly. With over 150 facilities open and 200+ in development, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. We believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. Every workout follows a strategic 8‑week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. About the Job Responsibilities Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Coach the core classes, personal training, camps, team training, and additional offerings. Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand. Exhibit passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over‑the‑top customer service. Start and finish workouts on time. Assess and align each member with the proper program. Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member. Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams. Deliver accurate, industry‑leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition. Teach proper form and technique and keep all our athletes safe. Qualifications Requires a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification. Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NSCA. Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning‑related experience in group, team, or personal training setting. Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred). Ability to commute or relocate to Winston‑Salem, NC 27104. Hours Part Time Monday to Friday Compensation $22.00‑$25.00 per hour depending on experience and certifications.
