Job Description

Supply Chain Specialist

• Location: Mahwah, NJ

• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)

• Length: Until 6/2026 (Contract extension expectation)

• Pay Rate - $29 hourly

• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze supply chain data required for SAP migration.
Cleanse and prepare legacy data for upload into SAP.
Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
Support SAP testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Document test cases, results, and assist in resolving test defects.
Assist in developing training materials and conduct training sessions for end users on SAP supply chain functionalities.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot post-go-live issues.
Create and maintain item master records in SAP.
Coordinate and request standard cost rolls for materials in collaboration with finance and costing teams.
Update GIM (Global Inventory Management) records as needed to ensure alignment with supply chain processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Familiarity with master data management, including material master, BOMs, and routings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data manipulation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departments and levels.
Experience in ERP implementation or system transition projects is a strong advantage.
