Summary:
We are seeking an Entry-Level Tool & Die / Fabrication Technician to join our team! This role combines hands-on fabrication work with exposure to tool and die processes. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain manufacturing machinery, assist with tool and die fabrication tasks, and support continuous improvement initiatives in production. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in manufacturing and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of tools, dies, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical issues under guidance.
• Complete work orders and requests accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Identify areas of improvement in processes to increase efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and fabrication tools.
• Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Welding, machining, or fabrication training is a plus.
