What’s a typical day as Warehouse Supervisor? You’ll be:
- Supervising and managing the labor and equipment of the Pick/Ship operation, ensuring on-time completion and quality of orders in alignment with control tower guidance.
- Hiring and training new employees for the picking and shipping departments, while also managing their performance and adherence to quality processes.
- Monitoring order picking for shipment availability in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and communicating with the control tower regarding any potential delays.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent work experience in a warehouse setting, with a strong understanding of picking and shipping tasks.
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Are proficient in SAP or equivalent WMS systems, with strong analytical skills and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
