As a Children’s Activity Area Associate, you will: Contribute to creating a pleasant and safe environment for children visiting our play facility. Register, monitor, entertain children, and maintain a clean, hygienic environment in the playroom. Participate in planning and executing children’s activities both in and outside of Småland. Build meaningful and empathetic relationships with children and their caretakers. Strictly adhere to all safety, security, and policy procedures of the IKEA play facility. Support other areas of the customer experience, such as cashier and greeter roles, as needed. Together as a Team At IKEA, our focus is on our customers.
