Pay Range: $70000 - $75000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process improvement and compliance – ensuring quality standards are met and contributing to efficiency improvements
• Defect identification and corrective action – successfully identifying issues and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence
• Effective documentation and reporting – keeping thorough records of quality inspections, audits, and findings

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Quality Engineer
• Quality Control
• FDA Regulation and Quality Standards
• CAPA experience
• Attention to detail & analytical thinking – the ability to review processes, identify defects, and analyze root causes
• Problem solving – understanding quality control methods to help tackle challenges effectively
• Communication & collaboration – ability to work cross functionally, document findings, and clearly communicate
• Curiosity and continuous learning
• Adaptability and resilience
• Accountability and initiative
